When it comes to Mother’s Day, there's a pretty standard formula. Yet I can’t help but feel that Mother’s Day should be a go-big-or-go-home kind of event. Because our mothers, if we are lucky enough to have them or like them, have been there to keep us safe and fed and ALIVE. That’s a pretty big lift when you think about it.
So this Mother’s Day, let’s not think about what we want to give Moms as tokens of our appreciation, but rather, think about what Mom’s will appreciate as the people they are outside of taking care of us.
